"I was overweight and suffering from a highly fluctuating blood sugar level, or so I was diagnosed quite some time ago. It seemed I could not go very long without food or I would feel faint. Because silver freshens my breath and reduces my body odor, I use it regularly and wouldn't want to be without it. After brushing my teeth, I swish a mouthful (or 3 teaspoons) through my whole mouth, gargle with it and finally swallow it. I never get sores in my mouth anymore as well.
If I should feel a cold coming on, the silver usually prevents it. At least the cold's symptoms will be much reduced compared to what I used to suffer. It seems our bodies need to fight it out with a bug once in while, just to keep in shape.
