Innocent Woman Convicted
Hi, my name is Patrica Carman, I was convicted in 1992 of starving my stepchild to death. THIS NEVER OCCURRED!!!! In Lubbock Texas in the 1990's there was considerable coruption in the medical examiners office and the district attorney's office as well. I was convicted on the medical examiners autopsy report. This report was not done by a FORENSIC pathologist and was incorrect. Several years later Stephanie was exhummed and re-autopsyed by Susan Roe of Minneapolis and the conclusion was NOT starvation! The courts refuses to hear this! I recieved 50 years and my husband recieved 10, he's been out for about 6 years now and I still sit in a Gatesville, Texas prison.
