Chocolate: THE Character of Life

There are MANY, MANY, MANY resources on the Internet about chocolate. I found that they were all helpful as I researched this immacualte subject, but something seemed to be missing. None of them seemed personal enough to me. So, I wanted to share some of my own thoughts, memories and information about chocolate. It is merely a collection that I have put together, to hopefully help you undertand chocolate more.

I must point out that although I have done quite a bit of research, the information I share with you is still quite limited. I live in a remote and very rural town in Northern California, where finding adequate resources other than those found on the Internet proved more difficult than I had hoped or planned. I have tried to refer to the books and websites that were helpful to me in my research whenever possible. Do know that there is plenty more information out there about chocolate. I have had a hard time adding links in to my text, however. You may just have to cut and paste the URL into a new window in order to get there, or simply do a search.

I hope that those of you who take time to visit this site will help me. If you find information that is incomplete or partially wrong, or that is lacking entirely, please contact me with sources so that I can try to update the information.

So, get comfortable! Nibble, or if you prefer, sip on some chocolate and enjoy your visit to Amy’s Chocolate Page.
