Hi, welcome to my website!!

This is a personal site that I thought would be fun to create.

I found some great stress reducers that may help us in our busy lives:

1) Organize your home and workspace so that everything has its place. You won't have to go through the stress of losing things.

2) Say "No, thank you" to extra projects you don't have time or enery for.

3) Everyday, do at least one thing you really enjoy.

4) Don't sweat the small stuff.

5) Laugh!

6) If an unpleasant task faces you, do it early in the day and get it over with.

7) For every one thing that goes wrong, there are 50 or 100 blessings. Count them.

In the mood for cooking? Here are some great recipes you may want to try:

Chicken and Stuffing Bake

4-5 Chicken breast halves, skinned and de-boned
2 boxes of stuffing (any brand)
1 1/2 c. chicken broth (use broth from cooked chicken)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Chedder cheese, shredded

Boil chicken till tender and remove from broth. Add stuffing's seasoning mix to 1 1/2 c. broth and let boil 3 minutes. Place the dry stuffing in a greased (9 x 13 inch) dish. Pour seasoned broth over stuffing. Cut chicken into small pieces and place on top of stuffing. Mix the soups, milk and salt and pepper to taste and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking. Note: Great to freeze.
(Serves 4-6)

Fried Cheese

4 slices Swiss cheese, cut 3/4 inch thick
Salt to taste
1/2 cup flour
1 egg beaten
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 cup shortening

Sprinkle cheese with salt. Dip slices first in flour, then in beaten egg, fry quickly in hot shortening until golden brown.

JUST FOR LAUGHS

The following sentences are excerpts from various accident reports obtained from an insurance agency:

I collided with a stationary truck coming the other way.

The guy was all over the road. I had to swerve a number of times before I hit him.

In my attempt to kill a fly, I drove into a telephone pole.

I have been driving my car for forty years when I feel asleep at the wheel and had the accident.

I was on my way to the doctor's office with rear end trouble when my universal joint gave way, causing me to have an accident.

To avoid hitting the bumber of the car in front, I hit the pedestrian.

My car was legally parked as it backed into the other vehicle.

An invisible car came out of nowhere, struck my vehicle, and vanished.

I told the police that I was not injured, but on removing my hat, I found that I had a fractured skull.

I was sure the old fellow would never make it to the other side of the roadway when I struck him.

The pedestrian had no idea which direction to go, so I ran over him.

The indirect cause of the accident was a little guy in a small car with a big mouth.

I was thrown from my car as it left the road. I was later found in a ditch by some stray cows.

The telephone pole was approaching fast. I was attempting to sweve out of its path when it struck my front end.
