Also operating in Canada, due to US/Canada proximity to each other and the fact that Canada and the US share the longest border in the world.

There is an Amber International, as well, however, only the UK and Canada have been linked together at this time... news media from the UK and Canada work together on child abduction cases and situations that are believed to be kidnapping incidents.
Canada and the US systems are linked in the same way with TV news media, Radio stations and police authorities working together to help find children in danger.
