KINGS!!! The official game of the Alphaholics
One thing above all else (except beer) is synonymous with the Alphaholics ... KINGS!!!
Below is a run down of our official Kings rules and policies:
To Start- Scatter all the cards face down on a table. We recommend one deck for every 3 players.
The Basics- As with all drinking games, the cards give you instructions on who, what, when, where, why, and how a player is to drink. The player drawing the card decides how to use it. No one may use the washroom for the length of the game unless they funnel. The card values are as follows:
2,3,4,5- Give away a drinks totalling the number on the card. These drinks may be split up as the player sees fit.
6- TOMBSTONE! All 6 drinks go to one player! (This is how alot of wars get started)
7- The number card. The player who draws the card says "1" Going clockwise, the players count up. Every player who's turn falls on a number which is a multiple of seven or has the number seven in it says "BEER" and the direction reverses.ie: 1,2,3,4,5,6,BEER,8,9,10,11,12,13,BEER,15,16,BEER,18, etc...
Whoever messes up drinks.
8- WATERFALL! The player who draws an 8 shouts "WATERFALL" and starts drinking. All players must begin to drink as the player to their right begins, and can only stop if the player to their right stops. Loser finishes their drink.
Note: Emptying a bottle is no excuse to stop drinking as you should always have a fresh supply.
9- Any player who draws a 9 may use the washroom once for each 9 he has without funnelling. He may stockpile them only for the length of the current game.
10- THUMBLORD. A player whodraws a 10 becomes the thumblord. When the thumblord places his thumb on the table (in plain view) the last player to place their thumb on the table drinks. Players laying a "False Thumb" (thumb down whithout the Thumblord) also drink.
Jack- TOPIC. Player drawing a Jack says any topic that comes to mind. Going clockwise around the table, players say a topic relating to the one said just before them. Whoever can't think of a related topic drinks.
Queen- QUESTION. Same as TOPIC, but with questions. Anyone who answers the question or can't think of one drinks.
King- SOCIABLE. Everybody drinks.
Ace- The player drawing an Ace may make up any rule and a punishment for breaking that rule.
Note: If you allow chicks to play, these rules can be quite entertaining.
Joker- The player who draws a Joker must finsh whatever is in their drink.
