I have received a lot of pleasure in reading old women's magazines, pattern books and other periodicals. I have become afascinated by the old ways. Since we are able to go to the store and buy cleaning products, for our convenience, we have lost the knowledge of how our fore mothers did jobs with agents they kept in their kitchen cupboards and pantries. Life was harder then and simpler as well ,I think. Perhaps you might enjoy with me this stroll down times past. Perhaps you might have information or thoughts that you might enjoy sharing. Perhaps you, as have I might even feel inspired to slow down, and keep life simple, following in the foot steps of women who have gone before us, preparing our way to today.
