A major scientific challenge to Relativity Theory. Dr Norland Rochester U NY Some of radio waves from Galaxies up to 7 billion light years get twisted as they cross universe giving different speeds. This suggests that not everything is relative. Not all frames of reference are equally valid.

It now seems that the universe has an orientation in which some directions are more important than others.

It is based on a mysterious axis with a kind of directional Pole Star pulling it on.

The universe is a deeply moral place after all.

Perhaps UFOs do as well. For the moment, pretend you are able to travel on a nuts and bolts craft through the local universe with time and space no barrier. The craft goes back to the early days of our adolescent Solar System. It hovers outside our galaxy, called the Milky Way.

We live in exciting times. Icons seen as absolutes are falling fast. These include inter galactic radio waves. Their speed and trajectory is not uniform and is no longer a safe measure of time/distance. Their behaviour is relative to the twisting pull of a universal axis [1].

So it seems that relativists are winning the discovery game hands down. No wonder funding for the hunt for absolute particles is becoming more elusive than the actual goal.

Not so the absolutists counter. The universal axis is an absolute which proves the universe has a direction and purpose.

So what was an absolute [radio wave]proves to be relative which proves there is an absolute [universal axis]!

But what if the universal axis is not the absolute end of the story?

dialectical perspective:
This approach is based on a way of life and thinking called dialectalism. This holds that the only absolute is that everything is ultimately relative. This is a paradox in itself. An outline of dialectalism is given in appendix 1. Basically, it runs to various degrees through the thought and practise of Zen, Marxism and such concepts as the Holy Trinity.
