Training is 7 days a week and includes ALL THE TRAINING YOU CAN HANDLE! Foreign students usually take one 2 hour group class and get up to six (or more) additional hours of one-on-one training daily.
Training at this level in the U.S. would be up to $100 an hour! In China the strong American dollar gets you 6+ hours a day, 7 days a week with hotel as low as $200 a week. Long term training periods can get discounts.

Dear Fellow Martial Artist
I know longer work with this school in China.
They have more than tripled their price.
They have also been unprofessional in dealing with some foreigners.
You can find training in China for $200 or less a week which will include room, food and training.
Anything more your pretty much just getting ripped off because you are a foreigner.
Even at $200 a week you are paying FAR more than the Chinese.
Also be aware that Shaolin Temple training is a scam. The temples were reopened to make money of foreigners who dont know any better.
The "monks" are just kung fu practioners playing the role of a monk as a job.
