COMPANY INFO:
"A Spoonful Of Syrenity" is a catering company that has been
in the works for a few years. The company was started with
the hopes of making people happy and providing a service for
those who enjoy great food but don't always have the extra
time to prepare it. The company has experience with catering
anything from fund raisers & corporate luncheons to intimate
dinners for two.
Since i was very young i have always had an interest in cooking.
Everyone in my family learned how to cook by default. There
was always a saying in my family, which is "if you know how to
eat, you know how to cook". Being raised in a large family I
have always associated cooking with happiness, family and love.
Those same feelings have stuck with me to this very day. I am
continuously looking for new ways to put smiles on the faces of
those that sample and enjoy my work. I take pride in knowing that with each dish i prepare my customers know there will always be a little bit of love in every bite and that's what keeps them coming back for more. They know I am dedicated to my work and i am also dedicated to keeping them satisfied.
We at " A Spoonful Of Syrenity" will always maintain our superb
level of warm, relaxed yet curteous and professional customer
relations while simultaneously doing our best to accommodate
the individual needs of each patron.
THE OWNER:
The owner was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Along with
the informal training received cooking for countless friends
& family members she also attended culinary school which
included completion of a hands on externship. Upon completion
of the two she was employed by a former H.S. teacher who owns
and operates his own home based catering company. During her
6 years of working with that company she acquired a stronger
yearning to become her own boss.
