At the North County Human Services Building in the Multipurpose Room
ARTICLE II - Purpose
The purpose of the Board is to provide guidance to the Northwest Center for Community Mental Health to promote a full range of mental health services for the citizens of the Center's service area. To that end, the Board shall:
* Educate the public regarding the mission, objectives, needs, and the role of the mental health center
* Advocate for adequate funding from all levels of government
* Advocate for needed legislation
* Maintain liaison with community organizations regarding mental health and related services
If you think that you would like to be a part of your community and to help others learn more about their services, come join us the third Wednesday of each month to discuss these and many more subjects!!
