Michael E Turner
Mike's passion for whitewater started around the age of 12, making his first paddling voyage down the Mckenzie River just outside his hometown of Eugene, Oregon. After that first river trip, he knew that river life was for him. Mike spent his College and post college career as an avid whitewater kayaker, paddling rivers all over the Western United States, East Coast and Canada. It wasn't until three years ago that he finally realized that he could actually get paid to pursue his passion and became a commercial river guide.
Mikes confidence and competence on the water is apparent with over 3500 hours of river experience and as a certified Wilderness First Responder.
