Company Profile
I am a Notary Public who is hired as an independent contractor by a closing agent to ensure real estate loan documents are properly executed by the borrower , notarized and returned for processing. I travel to a borrower's home or place of business to oversee signings of the loan documents as a service to the closing agent and the borrower. In this process I will notarize one or more documents in a loan package. Then it is my job to ensure the various loan documents not requiring notarization are correctly signed, dated and initialed. Then I review the documents to ensure that all documents are properly executed. This all assists the closing agent in an expeditious manner. In addition to being a notary signing agent I also perform weddings, and assist select individuals with other document notarizations.
I am a Florida Commissioned Notary. I am also a Member of the National Notary Association, and Notary Signing Agent member thru the NNA. In addition to being a member I am also certified thru the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent. I have also attend the Notary Signing Agents seminar given by the N. N. A. to further my education as a Notary
