* Swedish massage - For Relaxation. Benefits are improved muscle tone, stimulated circulation and a flushing of the lymphatic system. The Pressure is light to medium.

* Deep Tissue - Slow, deep strokes and deep finger/elbow pressure release toxins in the body and relax tightened muscles for a truly therapeutic treatment.

* Reiki - Safe Gentle and Non-invasive. Increases energy, deep relaxation and a general feeling of well being. Japanese holistic, light touch modality. Reiki enhances energy flow.

* Reflexology - Pressure is applied to the hands and/or feet in systematic points to increase circulation in the corresponding body part as the hand/foot points is worked. * Some hands and feet arent able to be done - ask for details.

* HOT STONE massage - A Medium pressure accompanied by the placement of Basalt stones place in key points along the body pressure points will calm and comfort achy muscles along with *Aromatherapy will create a unique state of relaxation for the body as a whole. The experience will take more than 2 hours.
