This weeks review is about Lord of the rings the return of the king. The game is mainly the two towers just that it's ten times better. It has Co-op mode which is amazing. It's always fun to have a friend shooting oarcs with you. It's also helpful. The game is known to be extra hard. The makers decided to give it a better war idea and unlike the second one it is on topic so you don't start fighting people in fangorn forest when in the movie you only find gandalf there! Lets just say they need to watch the movie a few more times. They should have been able to make some more levels for the second one but this time it's all changed. The game is actually fairly long and you can be a lot more characters including Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas, sam, merry, pippin and gandalf. With gandalf you can do anything. He's a crazy fighter. His combos can knock out twenty oarcs. One of his combos sends a little wave across and kills anything in his path. Since gandalf is a wizard he has tons of advatages. Where would Frodo be without Sam? Being Sam is hard. Your small and you have to take on a spider. I mean come on! He's a hobbit. Each character has it's own path. Aragorn to become a king. Gandalf to destroy the ring and to protect gondor. Legolas to fight to protect gondor. Same with gimli. Merry and Pippin are tag alongs. Sam mission is to destroy the ring. You can't be Frodo!! You can only be him in Co-op and it's not exactly fun protecting your friend. He'll be running around while you try to handle all these oarcs by yourself. Still this game has tons of awesome graphics, mainly the same controls (which is a good thing)) just with added extras like knocking over plates of fire, Ten time better sound and the story actually goes along with the movie! This has to be the best game around.

Level 1 Gates of Moria: this level is just a warm up. Keep walking. eventually you'll hear gimli say there are oarcs! Many of them! then you'll see oarcs coming down. Kill them with your feirce attack. It's best to be aragorn in this the first time. keep on moving. eventually you'll run into a bunch of other oarcs. Keep killing them since every few steps you take a bunch of oarcs come. Eventually you'll round a corner and they'll show a scene of gimli about to be attacked when legolas or Aragorn shoots a oarc. Now you go back in game mode. You see whats beyond the corner. There are a bunch of oarcs with bows. there shooting arrows which are on fire. No need to panick. Just do the hit and run routine. Shoot one and run. Shoot another one and run. They'll die after being hit by two arrows. keep moving. They'll show a scene and then suddenly you legolas or aragorn or gimli goes wait, and then a bunch of arrows fly your way. your man dodges them and you go into play mode. First start using your parry button which is square. Then try the same routine. DO NOT MOVE FORWARD! If you've been a idiot and you've moved forward a bunch of oarcs will climb down and get you. The best thing to do is run back and around the corner. This way your far away from the oarcs that are shooting arrows. The oarcs that fire won't move at all. Kill them and go back. Now use the same routine. Move ahead and turn to your left. There will be a treasure chest there. Speed attack it open. It will contain health. Then move forward. suddenly all these oarcs are around you. go back to the place you had shot down the oarcs. kill them there. Just to be safe of any other oarcs that might pop up. Once you've killed them move ahead. You'll find youself in water. It's quiet. Too quit. Once you go deep into the water 2 or 3 oarcs will appear. kill them. If you've watched the movie you'll know whats coming next. Keep moving, kill a bunch of oarcs. Eventually you'll see land. Before you head to land and round the corner take a left and you will see a treasure chest. It contains health. Trust me. Your going to need it. go on. there will be a short movie. Gimili will be knocked down. Your flying solo! NO bigggie. That is if your legolas. If you aragorn it's ok. If your Gimli tough luck. It's best to be aragorn but watever. Anyway. what you have to do is move into the water. Right when the tentacles come out start using parry. It will stun them. Cut one off. the monsters face will appear. shoot the face. Keep doing the same thing till he dies.

FOR YOU PROS WE'RE GOING TO GO TO THE LAST LEVELS
HELMS DEEP
This level is hard but it's nothing compared to the other two helps deep. Now what you have to do is kick (O) the ladders down. You can't let too many come on at once. Now if your like me your going to want to use some serious cheats. Try this: press all four triggers and put in triange down (on pad) X up. This gives you full health. just pause and do it everytime and you'll be full health! Thers also a bunch of other cheats but i'm going to list them at the end. Keep fighting off orcs and kicking ladders and you'll be fine. There's a combat meter which will tell you if there's too many orcs on the catsle. You must kick the laddres quickly and kill all the orcs. If you don't a bunch will come on and they'll show all these people dieing. You don't want that now do you? Just keep kicking the ladders. The other men can handle the actual fighting. I suggest you be legolas or aragorn for this since you go into combat a lot. It'd be best you don't be Gimli. Just keep repeatig the same thing and if you lose health you know the cheat. Of course if you don't like cheating there's always pickups around. this way is just easier. It'll take you hours and hours to beat it but still...atleast you didn't cheat. personally i don't think there's anything wrong with cheating in video games. It's easier and you get to get the fun out of it but still it takes away the challange. Actually this cheat dosen't take away too much since you still have to protect stuff. Just keep repeating everything, kicking ladders, keeping eneimes off, dodging the arrows. Oh did i mention the orcs are all shooting arrows and big rocks. Watch out for those. They're deadly. If you do all that you'll be just fine.
