VINYLON STAPLE
Vinylon is a synthetic fiber spun from PVA, its properties are similar to that of cotton. Compared with cotton, vinylon has stronger tenacity and elongation, better abrasive resistance, stronger hygroscopicity, and better heat preservation, and it has better resistance to chemical corrosion, sunlight, moth, mold, and radiation as well. Vinylon can be spun with cotton or other fibers into knitting goods and other cloth. It is also used as industrial fiber for the manufacture of tire cord, conveyer, fire hose, fish net, ropes, canvas,filter cloth, and rubber items etc.
The vinylon staple (linear density 1.56dtex, length 35mm) produced by the company was awarded Excellent Product by the provincial government and the Ministry of Textile Industry of China. We can also supply different specifications of ultra short staple, water soluble fiber, medium length fiber, and high tenacity and high modulus cut fiber(modified vinylon staple) etc. to meet the demands of the customers.
