To get Roger/Alex: Make sure you have all the characters and then start arcade mode. beat your first two opponents and then on your third opponenet, win one round, lose the next and the beat your opponent with barely any life left(around 5percent)

To get Kazuya: beat the game with a sub-boss
To get Wang: beat the game with Michelle
To get Puma: beat the game with Paul
To get Lee: beat the game with Heihachi
To get Bruce: beat the game with Lei
To get Kunimitsu: beat the game with Yoshimitsu
To get Anna: beat the game with Nina
To get P. Jack: beat the game with Jack-2
To get Armor King: beat the game with King
To get Ganyru: beat the game with Michelle
To get Baek: beat the game with Law
To get big heads: hold select after you chose your character til the beginning of the match
