The Wik Decision website is currently being relocated.
When time permits, the Wik decision will be intergrated into a website detailing various indigenous and legal issues, with a site capacity of 15mb! This should allow for a more thorough site, rather than just a listing of materials, and may integrate a self running mailing list, bulletin board and .wav files.
The site is currently only in it's planning stages, so until then the above links should be an adequate springboard for those interested in indigenous issues. Please not that some of the commentaries may be a little dated, but links to resources have been checked and verified as of 23/4/98.

As the arguments surrounding the Wik decision are so topical, to keep up to date with my own comments can be a little unfeasible. As such, I have endeavoured to provide as many links to relevant sites as I can, within as broad a spectrum as possible.
"The Wik Decision" site is a labour of love maintained at a considerable loss by the author. Despite his penniless state the author loves to get email of any kind from anyone to remind him this site is indeed useful. In fact, the author also loves to receive mail telling him this site is useless.
If you have an opinion you wish to voice regarding the Wik decision, or perhaps any relevant political issue, don't hesitate to contact me. If you are a law student think about submitting a paper or article. I can mark it up...you just need to email it to me.
