compensation for the Information-Assistance or Work and introduction undertaken.

first an advance payment of 50%, after half time 40% in advance, and before end of the deal,
the left 10% from the 100% payment, after deduction of some possible appropriate
taxes (etc.), Nett-Cash, or within five (5) banking days, after signing of the deal.
