My Plan Outlined:

1]
To create and implement a strategic master plan ,using state of the art technology in CAMA (Computered Assisted Mass Assessment) of property accounts to be processed for property tax valuation under one assessorial administration.This will ensure no property owner is assessed unfairly and that no tax revenues are lost in the transition process through erroneous or inefficient tax billing and with thorough efficient collections of accounts receivables exceeding prior consolidation levels.

2]
And to the concern of resources and staff,significant savings will be realized quickly through the cut of six assessors salaries in Orleans parish,this money will be used to fund state of the art resources for the office. Staff reduction will also take place,this will be done with dignity,sensitivity and implemented with a common sense approach utilizing attrition.
Only the best will remain to serve the public.

3]
To ensure the best delivery of full time assessorial services to the public,I and my staff will be certified and trained on a
continuum in the high standards set by the IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers)a renowned and storied group,
whose mission is to promote innovation and excellence in property
appraisal,property tax policy and excellent administration services
to the public,through professional development,education ,research and technical assistance.

4]
An immediate implementation of a zero base budget plan;
eliminating wasteful items such as luxury office cars and streamlining spending by consolidating parallel services.

5]
This plan will be implemented in strict accordance with the codes,rules and regulations of ad valorem tax policy set by law,
governing assessors under the Louisiana constitution.
