KASHMIR <> BASICALLY A RELIGIOUS PROBLEM
WELCOME :- Basic to the problem India is having with KASHMIRis the fact that Islam is ONE INTERNATIONAL NATION with no allegiance to any other nation, specially those which are democratic in nature. Islam, being a "theocracy", has no concept of democracy such as we understand it in the Free World, with our multi-party elections, secret ballots etc.. Wherever there is a majority of Muslims in a given society, that community will demand its own parliament under Islamic law. Britain already is having that problem in areas around Bradford in the Midland. Islam spreads its cancer-like culture also through MIGRATION (some refugees could even by Islamic "missionaries" !) so it does not have to resort to "Jihad", except in a last resort. Ultimately Islam wants to take over the WHOLE WORLD , and only then can JUDGEMENT DAY come. Territories such as Palestine, Bosnia, Chechnya, as well as Kashmir, fall within this category demanding to come under Islamic Law, the ultimate of which deprives women of all freedom, enforcing punishments such as amputation, public flogging and stoning to death, all in the name of an imaginary, barbaric "god" called Allah, which is used by male clerics to assert their political control over the minds of their slave-subjects. Even if Muslim communities within a Muslim majority area of the world are quite happy to be under a democratic or non-Muslim system - as once in Sufi-Muslim Kashmir - their Muslim "brothers" in other areas, will demand the "liberation" from the Infidels, of their "enslaved" believers in Allah. When I first visited Kashmir back in the 1950's, most Muslims - Shias and Sufis - were quite happy to remain under a Hindu Maharajah, within democratic India. However, their fundamentalist, "Sunni" Islamic "brothers" in Pakistan demanded that they be "liberated", so set up camps to "indoctinate" Kashmiri Muslims away from the Hindu-influenced, more tolerant Sufi sect of Islam. BEWARE, all you nations who encourage the spread of Islam within your borders, even by MIGRATION, because eventually, you will be faced with the same problem that bedevils India.
Unfortunately, as with most armies and police forces, even those "well disciplined", there will be some who abuse their authority, inflicting punishments and even torture, to extract the information they want. Sadly, because not a few Indian army and police officers have "broken the rules", many Kashmiris, who previously were pro-Indian, now prefer an Independent Kashmir. Time, hopefully, will resolve the situation but, meantime many Kashmiris mourn the loss of loved ones among the 30,000 who have died during the last 55 years and the many who have "disappeared".

THE CORE OF THE KASHMIR DISPUTE BETWEEN ISLAM AND INDIA Basic to the problem is that Islam is a theocracy which demands its own government and set of rules. Wherever there is a majority of Muslims within any country, even a democratic community, Islamic fundamentalists will insist upon having their own rules, based on the Qur'an which have precedence over the democratic laws of the nation in which they are citizens. This could pose a very real problem in the future for Britain - as an example - where there is a growing number of Muslims, particularly in the Midlands. The day will come when British Muslims will no longer submit to British law but will demand their own Shariah, Islamic law. The goal of Islam is to conquer the whole world for the god Allah so that EVERY nation comes under Shariah Law, virtually bringing to an end the Western Democratic World as we know it, with Free Elections, the Secret Ballot and Multi-Party Political Systems. This is very frightening, however, only then, according to Islam's Quranic belief, can "THE DAY OF JUDGMENT" come.

KASHMIR AND THE SUFI SECT OF ISLAM In order to fully understand the real nature of the India -Pakistan conflict in Kashmir, we need to differentiate between the Shia, Sunni and SUFI sects of Islam. SUFISM is much less violent, more "mystical", not radically fundamentalist and with a flavour of Hindu philosophy.
