-Network with other organizations to ensure that each family receives assistance from all possible resources
-Assist families with utility payments

There are many great non-profit organizations that assist our country's poor each year. The Salvation Army, Red Cross, and Urban Ministries are examples of upstanding organizations, but, there are pitfalls.
The Red Cross only assist in the event of fire or natural disaster.
The Salvation Army, Urban Ministries, and local government agencies assist with everyday needs, but, the monies are very limited. For example, utility assistance is limited to $50-$100 per family per year. And most of the time, the assistance is only granted if the family in need is able to raise the balance of the needed amt.(i.e. Family's electric bill is $220 to avoid disconnection. The $50-$100 assistance voucher will only be granted if the family is able to raise the additional $120-$170.) ICSINC's goal is to be able to provide such families with full utility assistance. We will also utilize the services offered by other agencies by contacting the angency directly and arranging full payment of the bill by using all available resources.
Another goal of ICSINC is to assist families with the purchase of homes. We hope to be able to provide downpayments for homes of up to $3000, assist with the elimination of debets to proccure home ownership, and network with other organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Project Homestead to assist with the cost associated with the purchase of the properties they offer.

If just 1 million people donate just $1 DOLLAR twice a year, over 50,000 families can be assisted annually.
