E-Mail Police Public Access Internet Terminals

I am concerned about Internet policies that prohibit the use of e-mail from public access Internet terminals,and if anyone who has experienced this problem at any time please contact me at firestar55@hotmail.com thanks ralph cox chatham public library has 9 terminals January 15,2000 library patron using Netaddress e-mail at public access Internet terminal with no hassle. time 12:37 p.m.June 2,2000 library patron using Hotmail at terminal not intended for e-mail use with no hassles 2:40 pm 3/8/2001 attractive young woman using Internet terminal next to me for Yahoo mail.
