HOW TO CUT YOUR FISH
To cut your fish take a knife and cut the head off. Once that is done, stick your knife behind the fish bottom and cut it open. Then take all the guts out. Once done take the fish in and clean them, put them on a plate and seal them with saran wrap. Then put them in the fridge.
HOW TO FILLET YOUR FISH
To fillet your fish cut the tail off, and cut the fish in half. Then feel for bones and cut them all out. After that cut the flesh off of the scin.
