  • Full health

    While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1, Circle, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Note: If this code is enabled when there is damage on your car, the meter will be reset to zero without changing the visible effects of the damage.



  • Full Armor

    While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. -From: DUKE44JB@aol.com



  • Weapons (Okay Weapons)

    While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You will then have Brass Knuckles, a bat, molotovs, a colt 45, a Tec-9, a Chromed shotgun, a Ruger, a Flamethrower, and a sniper rifle.



  • Weapons (Good Weapons)

    While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down(2), Left. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You will then have Fists, a katana, a bomb and detanor, a colt python, a uzi, a stubby shotgun, a M4, a rocket lanuncher, and a PSG-1.



  • Weapons (Excellent Weapons)

    While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down(3). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You will then have Fists, a chainsaw, a fragmentation grenade, a colt python, a M5, a Spaz- 12, a M4, a minigun, and a PSG-1.



  • Raise wanted level

    While playing a game, press R1(2), Circle, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You'll now be wanted by two stars more.



  • Lower wanted level

    While playing a game, press R1(2), Circle, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. You're wanted level will now be zero.



  • Bloodring Racer #1

    While playing a game, press Up, Right(2), L1, Right, Up, Square, L2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. A Bloodring Racer #1 will appear.

  • Cars float on water

    While playing a game, press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Square, R1, R2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Your CARS will now act as boats.



  • Change wheel size

    While playing a game, press R1, X, Triangle, Right, R2, Square, Up, Down, Square. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The wheels of some vehicles will become larger, while others will become smaller. Repeat this code to increase its effect.



  • Increase your vehicle's top speed

    While playing a game, press Right, R1, Up, L2(2), Left, R1, L1, R1(2). If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Your vehicle will be twice as fast now!



  • Faster car

    While playing a game, press R1, R2, L1(2), Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up. No confirmation message will appear. Your car will be faster now.



  • Destroy cars

    While playing a game, press R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, L2, L1. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. All cars in your sight will explode.



  • Better driving skills

    While playing a game, press Triangle, R1(2), Left, R1, L1, R2, L1. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Press L3 or R3 to jump while driving.



  • Aggressive traffic

    While playing a game, press R2, Circle, R1, L2, Left, R1, L1, R2, L2. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Everyone driving will be crazy.



  • Pink traffic

    While playing a game, press Circle, L1, Down, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, Right, Circle or X. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Now all cars will be pink



  • Black traffic

  • Pedestrians riot

  • Pedestrians attack you

  • Pedestrians have weapons

    While playing a game, press R2, R1, X, Triangle, X, Triangle, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Pedestrians will now have weapons. Note:You can't turn this cheat off!



  • Pedestrians from Thriller

    While playing a game, press Square, L1, Triangle, R2, Square, L1(2). No confirmation message will appear. Several pedestrians will resemble Michael Jackson and others will look like zombies and other characters from his Thriller music video.



  • Police return from dead

    While playing a game, press Circle, L1, Down, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, Right, X. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Cops are now "invincible".



  • Slower game play

    While playing a game, press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R2, R1. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The game will be in slow motion.



  • Faster game play

    While playing a game, press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, L2, L1, Square. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The game will be really quick.



  • Normal weather

    While playing a game, press R2, X, L1(2), L2(3), Down. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The weather will be normal.



  • Sunny weather

  • Rainy weather

  • Bikini women with guns

  • Girls follow Tommy

    While playing a game, press Circle, X, L1(2), R2, X(2), Circle, Triangle. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. Whenever women will see you, they will follow you and fight over being your "bodyguard".

  • Display media level meter

    While playing a game, press R2, Circle, Up, L1, Right, R1, Right, Up, Square, Triangle. If you entered the code correctly, a message will appear. The meter displays how long your pursuit has lasted and the level of news coverage it is generating. It will appear below your wanted level.



  • Commit suicide
