The Author of the International Money Guide has been exiled for over 10 years, involved in assisting to 'arrange funding' and transportation. At this stage he didn't know, that doing the job for others, is like sleeping with a snake.
During his time in exile, he wrote several books and then assisted to arrange for 3 Central Banks, funds against PN's and other Collaterals. He started with the assistance of an ex-BCCI Bank Manager to publish the International Private Venture Capital Index and sold over 4,800 copies since. (See IHT-Asia Wall Street Journal, The ECONOMIST)
Since he notified that much peoples could not negotiate with lenders, he finally wrote a Guide to use existing Lenders and Investors for funding and a free collateral as easy at buying bred in your usual shop. He has then received more then 18 offers from Investment Banks to work for them. (And he declined or refused. Read why at his home-page!) So, if you can get funding with this guide , if you can get a FREE Collateral with this Guide- so you are really hopeless and you will get funding nowhere!
The Directory of Private Venture Capital Investors is available on diskettes (12,876 Private Investors Worldwide)for SFr 4,950 or via e-mail as a tab delimited text file for SFr 4,950 or as an Windows 95/98/2000 Carfile file for SFr 4,950. It's easy to load in any format into DOS, Windows, or Macintosh computers' word processor, spreadsheet, or database programs so you can conduct a customized, targeted search for Private venture Capitalist and Investors that may be interested in your business without wasting your time with brokers, closed funds, and other sink holes for your valuable time.
In the computer age the problem isn't a lack of information, it's the overabundance of irrelevant data. The Directory of Venture Capital Database contains the details you need. It's easy for other publications to accumulate an impressive collection of names and addresses, but what you need are accurate addresses, phone numbers, and 'names' for firms that have money and want to invest it.
Compiled in March 2000, and updated whenever we're notified of changes or find them ourselves, the diskette and e-mail file include the following fields:
The file data is stored in a form called Tab-Separated Text (sometimes referred to as TSV or Tab-Separated Values). This format is easily imported directly into Macintosh, DOS, or Windows versions of Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, FileMaker, dBASE, and other word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. The first record of the file contains the name of each field. You'll probably want to remove this record once you've imported the file into whatever program you decide to use, so that you don't mistake it for a Investor firm listing.
The file is formated for DOS or Windows computers, but newer Macintosh computers won't notice the difference. If you have an older Mac, start up the Apple File Exchange program and copy the file. When using the files you agree to be bound by the terms of a license agreement which prohibits duplication of the diskette or the data for other than back-up purposes.
