The September 11th terrorist attacks on the United States were the type of events we thought could never happen. Like other types of disasters they were unexpected, sudden and overwhelming. In some cases, there are no outwardly visible signs of physical injury, but there is nonetheless a serious emotional toll. It is common for people who have experienced traumatic situations to have very strong emotional reactions. Shock and denial, which are normal and protective, are typical responses to terrorism, disasters and other kinds of trauma, especially shortly after the event. As the initial shock subsides, reactions vary from one person to another. Greater conflict is common and personal security is a much-discussed issue.
In light of this immeasurable catastrophe, we at No Stone Unturned Security & Investigative Services share a great sadness at the massive loss of life and property.
Since the attacks, many people have come to us expressing their fears and vanished sense of security. It is obvious that we all must rethink security on not only in travel by air, but in everyday life as well. Now that President George W. Bush as created the cabinet post of Director of Homeland Security, we strongly support all of our fellow citizens to heighten awareness for their personal safety.
We understand normal responses to these abnormal events can aid you in coping effectively with your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and help you along the path to recovery. Gaining peace of mind in all areas of security is very appropriate now. With regard to the protective element of charter flight, we can either provide or augment security, whether or not No Stone Unturned provides the aircraft. Local pilots and crew are trained in anti-terrorist tactics. On the road, we offer protective agents with professional skills such as evasive driving.
