The Third Wave Strategy Defined
Toffler describes three major "waves" in the civilization of man. The first wave was the agricultural revolution, the second wave was the industrial revolution and the third wave was and is the telecommunications revolution.
If one thinks about it, all three of these revolutions were major forces which changed civilization dramatically. "Dramatic" is not a strong enough word to describe how each wave transformed all of society and its financial assets. "Radical" is far more fitting.

The strategy is simple. Since the SECOND WAVE is ending and the THIRD WAVE is only begining, we use a HEDGE strategy to buy W3 stocks long and sell W2 stocks short. (See below for list of stocks.)

Because it is not a "normal" fund which only BUYS stocks. Rather it is a HEDGE fund.In addition to the strategy involved, a HEDGE FUND offers extra protection against both raging bull markets which always climb a "Wall of Worry" and desperate bear markets which often cascade down a "Slope of Hope." By hedging the total investment both ways, this often insulates the basic strategy from the perils of unknown marketforces and makes the investment even more of a "pure" strategy play.
