THE AUXIER FAMILY HISTORY.
The Auxier's are able to trace their ancestry to Michelle Auxerre who immgrated to America sometime in the early 1700's. Michelle Auxerre settled in the Virginia Territory somewhere around Auxier, Kentucky. Michelle Auxier, (the Americanized spelling), had five (5) sons, all of whom including their father, served in the American Revolutionary War of Independence.

THE FAMILY OF JAMES AUXIER.
James John Auxier was the youngest of three brothers born to Denver James Auxier and Virginia Loretta Heldt Auxier. James Auxier was wed to Sheila Kay Steuer Auxier on November 16, 1968 in Mt. Carroll, Illinois. The couple were attended by Voris and Anna Auxier, the Uncle and Aunt of James Auxier, and by Debbie Steuer, the sister of the bride.
The family was blessed with the birth of their son, James John Auxier Jr., on February 24, 1970. The family was further blessed with the birth of their daughter, Denise Jane Auxier, on July 29, 1973.
