How do I make a horizontal line?

A horizontal line is a wonderful addition to your page when you want to separate different parts or to make something stand out. A horizontal line is done with the <HR> tag.

There are three attributes to the <HR> tag. They are NOSHADE, WIDTH=x, and SIZE=x.
